The faculty and students of the Department whole heartedly welcomes the first semester students. The orientation programme "At Home" shall be conducted to 1st Semester Economics (Honours) students along with all Social Science students on 21st July in Room No. T2 at 1 pm. At Home is a must attend programme by all first semester students.
Classes will be conducted from 22nd July onwards.

The Department has completed admissions into 1st Semester of B.A.(H) Economics. About 65 students have been admitted and the class has equal mix of Arts, Science and Commerce students. The Department has successfully filled OBC,SC and ST seats.
