Admissions

1. There is no Pre-Admission form to be filled for admissions into under graduate courses in this

academic session i.e. 2011-2012.

2. First cut-off list will be declared on 15th June, 2011. Kindly check the College Website/Notice

Board for authentic and full Information.

3. One needs to apply on prescribed forms for admission under ECA and Sports quotas after the

first Cut-off list i.e. from 21st June, 2011 to 27th June, 2011.

4. Exact trail details/dates will be put on College Notice Board and website.

5. For admissions, please get the following Originals and one set Photocopies of the same

with you :

XIIth Marksheet
Xth Pass Certificate
Character Certificate
Provisional Certificate issued by the school last attended.
3 Passport Size Photographs
Demand Draft on any bank drawn in the favour of the "Principal, Sri Venkateswara College, New Delhi" Payable at Delhi for the required amount of fees/Credit card /Debit Card

6. KINDLY NOTE THAT ALL FEE WOULD BE ACCEPTABLE ONLY BY Demand Draft/pay order/debit

card/credit card. Cash payment will not be accepted.

7. Please note that only the candidate would be allowed to enter the admission rooms.

Parents/Guardians or any other person accompanying the candidates will have to wait

in lawns or in the canteen area.

8. All quotas like SC/ST, Armed forces, PH/VH/OH, Bhutanese, Foreign Students etc. are

administered by University of Delhi directly. Students seeking admission under these quota

may contact relevant cells of D.U.

9. OBC admission would be done by the college itself. Reservations are for only those castes which

find place in the central OBC List.

10. OBC certificates must be in the name of the candidate or proof of student having applied for

issue of such OBC certificate in her/his name.

11. Candidates have to furnish non-creamy layer certificate at the time of admission.

12. The admissions are NOT on First come First Serve basis. Admission for a particular course will

be granted provisionally, to a candidate after fulfilling the eligibility conditions for the said

course, as per the cut-off list announced by the college, within the stipulated time, in

accordance with the schedule of the Delhi University.
