180 Degrees Consulting is the world's largest student-driven consultancy for non-profits and social enterprises, with 170+ branches in 35+ countries comprising 10,000+ consultants worldwide, annually. 180 Degrees Consulting offers high-quality consulting services, and partners with nonprofits and social enterprises to provide innovative, practical and sustainable solutions to the challenges they face.
The Sri Venkateswara College Branch of 180 Degrees Consulting was founded in 2020 by a team of socially responsible and intellectually stimulated students at Sri Venkateswara College, University of Delhi. We have worked for a diverse range of organizations including government organizations, think tanks, startups and non-profit organizations. The branch currently has 35+ consultants actively contributing to dynamic live projects, building soft and hard skills, and gaining invaluable industry experience.

Aim: The project aimed to identify and evaluate gig companies for potential partnerships with ATT, creating a digital interface to disseminate SRHR information.
Outcome: 180DC SVC recommended 12+ concrete partnerships for the client and created a roadmap for shortlisting future partnerships by conducting on-ground, comprehensive primary research on the needs and aspirations of the primary stakeholders.
Aim: In the backdrop of the global pandemic, the District Administration identified challenges in education reaching the last mile, and in an effort to reduce the digital divide, the project aimed to establish a smart community library accessible to disadvantaged groups year-round. The materialization of this idea necessitated renovating an abandoned primary school building into a smart classroom with a seating capacity of 20 people, along with a reading room, uninterrupted power supply through solar power panels, and much more. 180DC SVC was also tasked with developing a market strategy for promoting the products of a Self Help Group — Mata Sahib Kaur.
Outcome: To ensure that Rupnagar's smart community library gets developed with features that benefit not just the youth but the entire village, 180DC SVC mapped the buckets for potential partners from India and abroad through a partnership competency deck. 180DC SVC helped the Mata Sahib Kaur SHG to enhance its presence on various market channels, including digital channels, set up various stalls at major events and achieve a significant increase in revenue.
Aim: 180 DC SVC was assigned the responsibility of the formulation of a comprehensive curriculum for the rehabilitation of trafficking victims, specifically women and children. The goal was to promote self-sustenance, independence, and awareness among the affected individuals. Additionally, the team was tasked with developing a resource mobilization strategy to address deficiencies and improve clarity in the utilization of resources for the organization's various activities.
Outcome: The project ensured that we provided GLOWA with great clarity on the functional structure and an optimum resource mapping framework for all activities including the management of a rehabilitation centre with $600,000 in dedicated donor support. GLOWA has special consultative status with UN ECOSOC, and the project has led to proper rehabilitation and better livelihood for hundreds of children.

A three-day engagement and networking session on Social Impact Consulting, in collaboration with the 180DC branch at Queensland University of Technology, Australia.
A case study workshop for College students on a market entry case, with 150+ students participating from diverse courses.
A contingent of 20+ members participated in the APAC Summit at Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies, featuring panel discussions and a financial masterclass.
A dedicated program for third-year students ahead of the Placement Drive, with speaker sessions, mentorship and mock interviews for case study and guesstimate rounds.
